JOB OVERVIEW:
The primary objective of the role is to
Design and Support in implementation of the Group learning roadmap so as to create a culture of learning which enables the achievement of business goals
Partner with business stakeholders to address strategic development needs of the business


KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL
HR Leadership Team - Business HR Heads, HR Business Partners, COE Heads, Business Learning Leaders, Department Heads of various Corporate Functions, Learners and Top Talent Groups
KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL
Consulting firms of repute, training providers, executive education and continuing education providers, learning technology vendors, external professional bodies
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
Reports to the Head of Learning and Development CoE
QUALIFICATION:
MBA (HR) / PMIR / MMS / Masters in Labour Studies / MSc and MA Psychology
Candidates with additional certifications in Facilitation, Instructional Design, Authoring Tools (like
Articulate), Content Development, Assessments like Hogan / Belbin / MBTI / FiroB / DISC etc.,
Project Management, Program Management etc. will be preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
4 to 8 years experience in Learning & Development / Leadership Development / TM / OD
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Strong functional expertise in L&OD including good instructional design skills, expertise in designing and implementing learning interventions for mid and senior employees, good facilitation skills, and hands-on experience of working on LMS platforms & L&D analytics
Facilitation experience
Identifies customer needs and delivers and builds trusted partnerships
Result oriented and proficient in operational excellence
Seamless collaboration & stakeholder management skills
Program management skills
Experience of working in a complex matrixed global organization is an added advantage

KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Piramal Learning University Virtual Campus
Own the Piramal Learning University Virtual Campus agenda of driving Digital Learning.
Leverage, Augment and Own the Digital Learning Assets
Innovate and invest in learning technologies that can add value and enable impact in the
organization
Own, drive and influence the usage of PLU VC Adoption, hours of learning etc.
Curate Digital learning Journeys
Content & Instructional Design
Support content creation, curation and organization for various learning initiatives across
functional and leadership space
Leverage the science of Instructional Design to develop session and workshops to be more
learner friendly
Learning Culture
Drive the creation of a learning oriented organization by leveraging on various existing properties
like Piramal Learning Festival, Winter Games, STEP (Strive Towards Excellence Program) etc.
Functional Academies
Drive seamless implementation of select functional academies
Design Functional Development Workshops in strong partnership of SMEs and external learning
partners
On boarding and Induction
Review design, bring in new methodologies and technologies in the way induction is managed
across PPL.
Learning Analytics:
Drive usage of L&D dashboards and leverage analytics to derive insights, measure impact and
improve learning outcomes of key L&D interventions.
