About the roles and Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the US and India teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Monitor and track order processing, dispatch reports, and delivery timelines. Use advanced Excel and PowerPoint to create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and team reviews. Manage tasks and projects to ensure alignment with deadlines and deliverables. Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to track customer interactions, sales progress, and data accuracy. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements for efficient task and order management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to sales operations and customer orders. Provide administrative support for sales-related activities, including preparing reports and maintaining accurate records. Skills and experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, Project management, sales operations, or a similar role. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse teams. Proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot. Strong project management and task management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
