Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Automation: Background in Infrastructure-As-Code using one or more of the following -

Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure ARM, etc.

• Scripting: Strong in one or more of the following - Shell Scripting, Python, Ruby, Golang,

etc.

• Public Cloud: Strong in one or more of the leading public cloud platform - AWS, Azure, or

GCP

• CI/CD: Strong in one or more of the following tools Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Bitbucket

Pipelines.

• Cloud Security: Should have the knowledge of various security tools available in the

public cloud and their usage

Preferred:

• Exposure to containers and container orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS,

Fargate, etc.

• Exposure to Serverless technology Lambda, Function as a Service, etc.
• AWS or Azure Solutions Architect Professional and/or Specialty certification

Take ownership of front-line service and support to internal and external customers.

• Cloud Infrastructure, Automation, CI/CD Ability to design and understand the

architecture, own the implementation, delivery, and lifecycle automation for SaaS

services.

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Ability to guide the team through technical issues and challenges
• Work with the team and enforce the best development and DevOps practice is followed
• Responsible for maintaining the technical documentation for the project deliverables

and also for the customer handover

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Certain engagements will require you to support and maintain existing cloud

environments with an emphasis on continuously innovating through automation and

enhancing stability/availability through monitoring and improving the security posture

Preferred candidate profile

Around 7 10 years of Cloud, DevOps, and Automation experience

At least 5 years of strong public/private cloud experience
