Develop treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications.
Provide emergency medical care as needed.
2. Treatment and Management:
Administer and monitor treatments and therapies.
Perform medical procedures (such as suturing wounds, setting fractures, etc.).
Prescribe medication and therapy based on diagnosis and medical history.
Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Provide counseling on lifestyle changes and disease prevention.
3. Collaboration and Referrals:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (nurses, specialists, therapists, etc.) to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare services when needed.
Coordinate with healthcare teams in multidisciplinary care settings (e.g., hospitals, clinics).
4. Documentation and Record Keeping:

5. Patient Education and Counseling:
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
Provide guidance on managing chronic illnesses and improving overall health.
Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients facing difficult diagnoses or treatments.
6. Administrative Responsibilities:
Participate in medical meetings, case discussions, and continuing medical education.
Participate in audits, quality control, and patient safety activities within the healthcare facility.
Ensure proper inventory management of medical supplies and medications.
Comply with hospital policies, safety protocols, and legal requirements.
7. Emergency Care:
Respond to medical emergencies and perform life-saving procedures when necessary (e.g., CPR, stabilizing critical patients, etc.).
Provide first aid in case of accidents, trauma, or sudden illnesses.
