Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate & Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our aesthetic and laser treatments, ensuring a seamless client experience, and driving sales through exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Promotions: Educate clients on aesthetic and laser treatments, skincare products, and promotions. Proactively engage with potential and existing clients to drive sales and treatment bookings. Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling treatments and products. Maintain knowledge of treatment protocols, skincare ingredients, and emerging industry trends. Customer Service: Greet and assist clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. Answer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing accurate and prompt responses. Schedule and confirm appointments, managing bookings efficiently. Address client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. Clinic Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and retail area. Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement and event promotions. Assist in inventory management and product restocking. Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
