- Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Senior Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on expertise in multiple SAP modules, including ABAP, FICO, MM, HR, PM, SAC, PS, and BO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions to meet business requirements. This role requires deep technical and functional knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation. Key Responsibilities:1. SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) Develop and enhance custom SAP applications, reports, forms, and interfaces. Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting for existing ABAP programs. Work with functional teams to develop technical specifications and implement solutions. 2. SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) Configure and support SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Work on cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders. 3. SAP MM (Materials Management) Manage procurement and inventory processes within SAP MM. Support purchasing, goods receipt, invoice verification, and vendor management. Optimize material planning and logistics execution. 4. SAP HR (Human Resources) Implement HR reporting, performance management, and organizational structures. Work with HR teams to streamline talent acquisition and workforce planning. 5. SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes. Implement equipment management and work order processing solutions. Enhance maintenance planning, scheduling, and tracking functionalities. 6. SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SAP SAC. Work with business users to define KPIs and reporting requirements. Integrate SAC with various SAP and non-SAP data sources. 7. SAP PS (Project Systems) Configure and optimize SAP Project Systems for project planning and execution. Work with project managers to track costs, schedules, and resources. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes. 8. SAP BO (BusinessObjects) Develop and maintain BusinessObjects reports and dashboards. Optimize reporting performance and ensure data accuracy. Work with stakeholders to define data visualization requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP modules mentioned above. Strong expertise in SAP implementation, customization, and support. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Experience in SAP integrations, enhancements, and performance tuning. Good understanding of SAP HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions (preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Certifications: SAP Certified Professional in one or more modules. SAP S/4HANA certification is an added advantage.,
