About the role: Strategically develop the market in the western region, including Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra and would be responsible for Business development and achieving target in the western region What you will be doing: Sales and Revenue Growth Achieve sales and service revenue targets by acquiring new accounts and maintaining few key accounts across various market segments Drive consistent business performance by focusing on account retention and expansion Market Development and Specification Collaborate with consultants, architects, and project management consultants (PMCs) to specify Gunnebo products in projects Strategically develop the market in the western region, including Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra Pipeline Management Build, qualify, and close a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and existing accounts to meet sales objectives Key Account Management Establish and nurture strong relationships with major key clients to enhance market awareness of GEC solutions Collaborate with architects, security consultants, and system integrators to expand the brand's reach in the western region Client Issue Resolution Address client issues and complaints by coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Market Intelligence Provide business intelligence through timely market and competitor analysis, enabling strategic decision-making Forecasting and CRM Management Deliver accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM systems to ensure data integrity and adherence Accounts Receivable Management Ensure timely collection of receivables from assigned accounts, maintaining financial discipline What will make you stand out: Experience in sales or account management, preferably in security or related fields Strong knowledge of market dynamics in Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra Ability to build strategic relationships with consultants, architects, and key stakeholders Proficient in CRM tools and business forecasting Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills What will make you stand out: B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Why join us Are you passionate about sustainability, innovation, safety and collaboration Our employees have ideas on how to build a safer and more sustainable tomorrow and the drive and passion to realize them.
