Job Opening: Business Development Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2-10 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Civil / B.E / B.Tech

Looking for Female Candidates

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads from global sectors: Oil & Gas, Power, Process, Plant & Structural Engineering, Surge Analysis, and Utilities.
• Develop strategies from market analysis to improve business proposals.
• Collaborate with company leadership for business growth strategies.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Review tenders and analyze RFQs across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Lead proposals by coordinating with technical teams and estimating resources.
• Participate in techno-commercial meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Provide client-specific technical and equipment-based solutions.
• Support business expansion across territories and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare Pre-Qualification documents and handle vendor registrations.
• Conduct client meetings, close deals, and drive sales targets.
• Maintain Business Development SharePoint and support platform/project management.

Candidate Profile:

• Engineering degree with 2-10 years experience in Business Development (Engineering sector).
• Willingness to travel across India & the Middle East.
• Strong Ms. Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proven business development track record.
• Excellent communication, presentation & decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical & strategic thinking.
