Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at The Whitestone Resort in Manali. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for daily culinary tasks, including preparing and cooking dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and presentation of all food. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Qualifications Culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques Supervisory skills and the ability to lead a team in the kitchen Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality and presentation of dishes Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Experience in menu planning and costing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Formal culinary training or certification is a plus,
