Job Description

• To maintain all financial transactions of the company.
• Collaborate with the suppliers to process invoices.
• Prepare invoices/ reports for the clients.
• Track all the transaction taking place.
• Prepare month-end reconciliation and journal entries.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage balance sheet and profit/loss statement of the company.
• Ensure timely payments to the bank/supplier.
• Need to send mail to vendors based upon the due date of invoice.
• Communicate effectively with the clients.
