Job Description
- Job Profile: - Responsible for maintaining and repairing of presses (5000ton, 1600ton, 1250ton, 1000ton, 650ton, 200ton, 160ton,100ton, 75ton). I have knowledge of Mechanical power press, knuckle joint press, gear press, cross shaft presses hydro pneumatic press, Drop hammer. Knowledge of electrical motor starter DOL Starter, Star Delta Starter, VFD and PLC and automation sensors and its uses. I have good knowledge to done maintenance of the HOLP, Die cushion of press. To check the accuracy of press like gib clearance, connecting rod bush clearance, & parallelism. Hydraulic shearing press, hydraulic bending press brake machine maintenance. Responsible for attending the Breakdown and find root cause to implement in corrective & preventive maintenance action to improve the performance of high-Speed production. Experienced in maintenance of fully automation and manual operation mechanical power press (Hot forging press, Shearing Press, trimming press, Coining press) related to hot forging. Working with CNC machine (HMC, VMC) gear cutting machine Amada, Haas, EMT make machine maintenance. Responsible for maintenance of lubrication system, robot gripper assembly, cooling conveyor, slat conveyor, index shot blasting and reduce compressed air leakage. Knowledge of Hydraulic and pneumatic system, circuit and its uses. Ensure to human safety and machine safety to use of safety equipments. Documentation: - Implementing 5S, KAIZEN, TPM, IATF and JIPM. Maintain IATF all over documents related to maintenance and co-ordination for External / Internal IATF 16949:2016 audits. Evaluation and maintaining health of equipment, history card, SOP, PM, PDM MIS reports. Approach to minimize maintenance cost and save electricity by maintain power factor. Analysis zero Breakdown Approach to increase MTBF & their corrective action with minimize MTTR. Ensure availability of critical spares and all spare inventory of machine to be taking on fixed frequency. Maintain daily check sheet of presses, index conveyor, cooling conveyor, circular saw, compressor, Cooling tower, DG, Chillers etc. Make daily work plane for maintenance team & execute. Why-Why analysis of breakdowns. Breakdown close in SAP and spare part indent in SAP by creating PR. Knowledge of use Excel, Word, Power point. Utility Section: - Maintenance of Cooling tower, centrifugal pump, Air compressor, & DG set. Maintenance & operation of EOT crane, 5ton, 15ton & 25-ton single girder and double girder. All type of fabrication, pipe line work and layout.
