Management of emergency condition Total Nursing Care Admission and discharge of the patients Giving the information regarding the facilities available in the hospital Administration of medicines to the patients time to time Vital Signs monitoring & recording Close observation of patients condition& evaluation Withdrawal of Blood samples Blood transfusion Ryles tube feeding Cauterization Irrigation management Performing 12 led ECG Maintain all emergency medical equipment and medicine Administration of oral medication & Injections Insertion of I/V Cannulas,Naso7gastric & Urethral Catheterization Wound dressing, strict aseptic techniques Checking of blood sugar level Strict intake and output record Chest physiotherapy, steam inhalation and nebulization Maintain cleanliness & orderliness to the unit Making ward indents both general and pharmacy Unit preparation for recurring the patient Early ambulation of the patients Maintenance of records and report Counselling of patients and relatives tracheostomy care Health education includes diets, exercise, medication & follow-up Supervising of other junior staff and nursing students Keep the ward neat and clean Patients post op care pre op care Bed sore care Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Rotational shift Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Nursing: 4 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Nursing License (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
