    We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide real-time assistance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through live chat and email support.

     

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

    • Prior experience in customer support, chat support, or email support is preferred.

    • Strong typing speed and accuracy.

    • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

    • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
