Job Description
Functions and Duties: Main Tasks Supervising team and manage productivity
Purchase of all IT related products (getting the Quotes and co-ordinating with Vendors)
Support the users with process and user application system
Review && Audit System Access Rights
Backup scheduling and replacing DLT tapes
Backup arrangement for Lease Line, Electricity ( genset / ups ).
Ensure adequate Generator && UPS Support
Liaise with local vendors for cabling support
Supporting Contact Center
Support the training team
Provide Area support with respect to LAN, WAN and software related issues.
Ad hoc set up of IT equipment for training per users request
PC user support (software && hardware)
Ensure smooth running of systems/servers
Ensure all the IT related equipment are under maintenance and insured
Prepare and Maintain BCP (including testing and fire drills)
Accurate Asset Tagging and quarterly asset inventory reconciliation and certification
Any projects as assigned by the region from time to time Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements: Industry Knowledge Graduate from reputed University in related field
10 years industry experience and good leadership capabilities.
Hands on experience in Office 365 && Contact center.
Technical knowledge on servers, switches and routers.
Good in MS office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint etc).
Strong inclination to learn the working basics various systems like SAP, Sales Force Business Systems/IT Awareness of data quality importance && security
Good knowledge of user application systems, hardware and software
Working knowledge && systems support optimization
Ability to promptly process data and request under pressure Communication/Organisation Skills Communicative and ability to take initiative
Good command of written and spoken English
Effective time management and planning skills
Professional ability to interact with other functions
