Job Description

1 Passionate to lead and accountable of delivering results for Make in India vision of Plasser India, by leveraging your domain knowledge and supplier base across India 2 Ability to work under stress by managing conflicting priorities and focus on meeting timeline of deliverables thus enabling first time right product development
3 To lead from front during crisis by providing alternative plan.
4 To resolve assigned technical issues and solve problems related to product development through the cross functional team approach in a timely manner
5 Contribute for product design quality, accuracy of engineering data including drawings, BOM, parts & service catalogue and all other formal engineering documentation.
6 You will contribute by delivering potential identified projects, planning, continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology.
7 To collaborate with CFT for integrate and standardise electric and control systems on different Plasser machines
8 Good at communicating technical information effectively and conducting design reviews with the parent team for approval.
9 To contribute for Electrical and control team, by continuously building technical capability and Engineering guideline for the products being manufactured at Plasser India
10 Identifies issues, problems, and opportunities to promote engineering efficiency and effectiveness Bright , energetic and ambitious professionals with proven track record of outstanding achievements and  burning desire to grow quickly to higher levels.
