- Travel Sales Consultant (US Process) | Up to 50K + Incentives Location: Okhla (Work From Office) Shift & Offs: Rotational Shifts & Offs Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per month + Lucrative Incentives Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in US Travel Sales Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Roles & Responsibilities: Assist customers in identifying their ideal travel plans based on their preferences and requirements. Must have hands-on experience with any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan). Handle issuance, re-issuance, date changes, schedule changes, and refunds. Negotiate and customize travel plans as per customer needs. Ensure seamless booking experiences by resolving any travel-related issues. Maintain and update a guest database with travel details. Convert inbound travel inquiries into successful bookings & achieve sales targets. Strong follow-up on leads and calls to maximize conversions. Coordinate with airlines and handle flight-related concerns. Requirements: Minimum 1+ years of experience in US Travel Sales (Voice Process - Inbound Sales). Strong knowledge of city codes, airports, train stations, and international geography. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet sales and revenue targets. Must be comfortable handling calls assertively and efficiently. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
