Kshitij interiors has grown significantly since its inception 1971 & has become kshitij interiors Pvt Ltd 2002.We specialize in turnkey fit-out and furnishing of luxury hotel, offices, airport terminals, shopping malls, restaurants, schools, hospitals and private residences with keen focus on technical & aesthetic design aspects. About the job We are looking for experienced Billing Engineers to handle the estimation, billing, and cost management of interior turnkey projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quantity surveying, BOQ analysis, and client/vendor billing, ensuring accuracy in project financials and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Documentation: Prepare and verify client, subcontractor, and vendor bills as per contract terms. Ensure timely submission and approval of invoices. Rate Analysis & Cost Control: Conduct rate analysis, verify market rates for materials and labour, and assist in cost control measures to ensure budget adherence. Contract & Compliance Management: Review contracts, work orders, and agreements to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with project scope. Reconciliation & Reporting: Maintain records of work done vs. billed, track project expenses, and provide periodic reports on financial progress. Coordination with Teams: Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of billing and execution. Variation & Claims Management: Identify and document scope changes, prepare variation claims, and support in resolving billing disputes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree or diploma in interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in billing for interior fit-out projects. Strong understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and cost estimation. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP-based billing software. Knowledge of contract terms, taxation and industry billing practices. Immediate availability is mandatory.,
