Job Description

    Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory. Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, biotechnology, electronics, food processing, and manufacturing. Client Engagement & Consultation Provide technical consultation to clients regarding HEPA, Terminal Housing, FFU and other air filtration solutions. Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase benefits. Understand client needs and propose tailored filtration solutions. Market & Competitor Analysis Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the companys competitive positioning. Sales Administration & Reporting Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and customer feedback. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for effective sales tracking. Collaborate with internal teams (Design, production, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfilment. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in B2B sales of air filtration systems, HVAC, or cleanroom products. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Air filters, ISO cleanroom standards, GMP requirements, and airflow systems. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills. Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation software. Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development.
