Job description 1) Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department 2) Maintaining proper records of casuals attendance on daily basis. 3) Assisting the HR executive/ Manager in policy formulation & hiring process. 4) Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews. 5)Regular followup with candidates and finish with the joining formalities/ 6)Imparting orientation and training sessions for new joinees 7) Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries 8) Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events 9) Maitaining record of casuals contractors ESIC & EPF on monthly basis. 10) Assiting the HR executive in maintaning & monitering commn services such as Housekeeping, Security, Gardening & Canteen administation on daily basis.
