Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team.Perform diagnostic tests, collect samples, and assist in procedures. Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.Collaborate with doctors, medical staff, and other team members to ensure patient care needs are met. Document patient care activities accurately in the medical record.Respond to emergency situations promptly and professionally. Maintain infection control and safety standards.
