Responsible for the overall business contribution/growth in Doctor referral sales , in addition to ensuring individual sales targets are achieved. Budget Revenue Achievement from VCs & Referrals for different product Daily reporting of sales activities in an effective manner as instructed by the RM on an individual contributor role Building a strong doctor network for consistent referrals by identifying opportunities to collaborate and partner Ensure activation of the geographies/periphery markets , by planning and executing Doctor/ patient engagement programs o Development work for expanding market share which includes medical camps, webinars, CMEs, Round Table Meetings.
