- Skills: hospital, doctors across, major corporate hospital, Medical-Surgical, surgical gloves, medical disposables, We at Swear Healthcare are seeking a qualified applicant to join our rapidly expanding business for the role of Area Sales Manager, with experience working with hospitals in GURGAON, SOUTH DELHI and FARIDABAD . We are a surgical/examination latex gloves manufacturer with 2 factories in Dholpur, Rajasthan and our corporate office in Gurugram. The Area sales manager's primary responsibilities will include significantly increasing our company's presence in the assigned market of surgical gloves and managing our current sales team. The ASM will directly report to the directors in this extremely hands-on position. This is a target based role where the candidate's experience and networking abilities with doctors across key corporate accounts and dealers plays a big role in success. Requirements The candidate shall be responsible of achieving the overall target all over Delhi/NCR of medical disposables (such as surgical and examination gloves). They must be skilled in interpersonal communication and have established networks with physicians, medical facilities, pharmacies, distributors, dealers, etc. Increasing sales with current distributor and establishing new distributors across the region. Must have experience in cracking or working in major corporate hospitals across South Delhi, Gurgaon and Faridabad. Analyzing and providing feedback regarding the marketing trends, market expectations, competition, product feedback, innovations, product launch etc. Manage all PR activities and marketing of the brand in the region Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in medical disposables sales In-depth knowledge of medical devices and products.,
