Job Description Reporting To: General Manager, Global Manufacturing Solutions We are seeking a District Leader to drive business growth, optimize operations, and strengthen client relationships in India. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise. Key Responsibilities: Oversee district profitability (P&L), bookings, and client experience. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies. Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships. Act as Board Director, ensuring regulatory and financial compliance. Lead and mentor a high-performing team. Implement Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) at the district level. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Support company strategy and decision-making. Travel required (10-50%) outside the local state. Qualifications Minimum 7 years ofSenior-level experience in Technical Operations or Technical Sales. Strong knowledge of engineering design, PMM, and sales processes. Proven ability in strategic planning, financial analysis, and operations. Experience managing large teams and client projects. Leadership, problem-solving, and business acumen.
