- Job Title: Electrical Engineer Company: Karban Envirotech Private Limited Status: Open Designation: Research Engineer I Department: Research & Development - KEPL Branch: Jaipur Planned number of Positions: 1 Vacancies: 1 Job Overview: The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability. The role involves working as part of a team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: 1.Design, develop, and test electrical equipment and systems. 2.Analyze electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair. 3.Ensure compliance with codes and standards. 4.Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities. 5.Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications. 6.Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks. 7.Prepare specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials. 8.Supervise or train project team members as necessary. 9.Estimate material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation purposes. Requirements: 1.Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2.Masters degree in Electrical Engineering is advantageous. 3.Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) may be required. 4.Certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) can enhance prospects. 5.Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles. 6.Proficiency in computer-assisted engineering and design software. 7.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 8.Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 9.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety. 10.Relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a similar industry. 11.Experience with designing and testing electrical systems and components.
