Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Maintain relationships with existing as well as new doctors Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations including doctors, chemists, and distributors Generate business by generating prescriptions from doctors through effective communication & implement marketing strategy Confidently and fluently present the companys products to doctors and generate prescriptions Assess the clients" needs and present suitable promoted products Provide product information and deliver product samples Ensure availability of stocks with chemists & distributor Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with latest medical data Provide product demonstrations and education to customers Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up to date on industry trends Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Achieve sales targets and quotas Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve sales volume, revenue and profitability goals Approval and critique of promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development Develops and executes effective account-specific marketing & sales programs Record sales and order information Coordinate with the other departments Client retention Establish and increase the customer base Handle sales queries from existing customers Address feedback/complaints and resolve it with the ASM/RSM About Company: We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization working in the field of healthcare, wellness, and skincare products.
