Job Description
- Location: Greater Noida, Working days - Mon - Fri, Office hours - 9am to 7pm Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Job Summary: The Finance and Accounts Manager will oversee the financial operations of the manufacturing company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial planning and analysis. This role involves managing the accounting team, preparing financial statements, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budget process. Prepare financial forecasts and monitor performance against budget. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning. Cost Management: Oversee cost accounting and inventory management. Analyze production costs and identify areas for cost reduction. Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure accurate cost reporting. Monitor cash flow and manage working capital. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions. Prepare financial models and perform scenario analysis. Provide insights on financial performance and recommend improvements. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial laws. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits. Implement and maintain internal audit controls. Team Management: Lead and mentor the accounting team. Provide training and development opportunities for team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications: Qualified CA / CA - Inter Minimum of 6-10years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
