- Business Development Executive Position Overview: The Business Development Executive at Hotel Chenthur Park will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the hotels services and amenities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven attitude. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Promote the hotels facilities and services, including rooms, restaurants, banquet spaces, and special packages. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and events. Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to attract potential clients. Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide insights to management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Knowledge of the local market and business trends is a plus.
