Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Identify and engage potential clients through various channels (cold calling, referrals, networking, and online platforms). Build and maintain a strong client database. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly. Sales & Business Development Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets. Provide clients with detailed information about properties, including pricing, amenities, location, and benefits. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions. Ensure smooth documentation and transaction process. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate sales (13 years preferred). Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and integrity. Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
