- Job Title: HVAC Technician Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 1800 - 2000 AED Job Description We seek a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician & DUCTMAN to join team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance. Key Responsibilities Installation & Maintenance: Install and configure HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, refrigeration units & HVAC Duct system. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they function optimally. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and system malfunctions. System Diagnosis & Repairs Diagnose problems and identify appropriate repair methods for various HVAC systems. Replace defective components and parts such as motors, compressors, and thermostats. Ensure systems are running efficiently, with minimal downtime. Compliance & Safety Ensure all HVAC work is completed in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Handle refrigerants and other materials by environmental standards and regulations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Continuous Learning Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, systems, and techniques. Attend training programs and workshops as required to improve knowledge and skills. Experience Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician. Good knowledge of HVAC systems, Chiller, AHU, FAHU, FCU, Duct Split their installation, maintenance, and repair. Skills Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system problems. Familiar with various HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals. Certifications Valid certification or license to work as an HVAC technician. Certification in refrigeration or HVAC system repair is a plus. Possession of any relevant certifications such as EPA Section 608 (for handling refrigerants) is an advantage. Physical Requirements Age should be 22 to 45 Years Capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces. Working Conditions Full-time role with standard working hours.
