Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Air Conditioner Service and Delivery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery, installation, and maintenance services for air conditioning units. You will work closely with customers, delivery teams, and technicians to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service. Key Responsibilities: Service Coordination: Schedule and manage air conditioning service appointments, including installations, repairs, and maintenance. Delivery Management: Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of air conditioning units to customers, ensuring the safe transport and proper handling of products. Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to delivery schedules, service requests, and product information. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with delivery teams, technicians, and management to ensure smooth service operations. Coordinate with the Sales Team: To understand customer requirements, special requests, and ensure seamless communication of service and delivery timelines. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service requests, delivery schedules, and customer interactions. Generate reports as needed. Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and service issues in a professional and timely manner, providing solutions to meet customer expectations. Requirements: 2-3 years of Previous experience in service coordination, logistics, or a related field. Familiarity with air conditioning systems or HVAC industry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. A problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle customer complaints diplomatically. A valid drivers license (if required for deliveries or site visits). Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). Work Environment: Office-based with occasional visits to service sites or delivery locations.
