Address concerns, solve problems, and make necessary adjustments to ensure an exceptional client experience. - Budget Management: Craft travel solutions that fit within the clients budget while maximizing value and meeting all their travel needs. - Destination Knowledge: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest travel trends, popular destinations, and safety protocols to offer expert advice and recommendations. - Visa and Travel Document Assistance: Guide clients through visa requirements, travel insurance, and other essential documentation. - Sales and Upselling: Promote additional services like travel insurance, exciting excursions, and premium upgrades to enhance the travel experience. - Supplier Coordination: Build and nurture relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other key travel service providers. - Multichannel Communication: Engage with clients across various platforms including phone, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings, ensuring clear and timely communication. - Problem-Solving: Manage unexpected travel issues such as flight delays, cancellations, or lost reservations, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for clients. - On-Tour Support: Provide real-time assistance during clients trips, addressing emergencies, last-minute changes, or any logistical hiccups to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. - Handling On-Tour Challenges: Proactively manage and resolve on-tour issues like weather disruptions or health emergencies to guarantee a seamless travel experience. - Market Research: Stay on top of the latest travel deals, promotions, and new products to offer clients the best options available. - Coordination with Suppliers & Vendors: Ensure smooth delivery of travel services by maintaining efficient communication and collaboration with suppliers and vendors. - Technology Proficiency: Utilize cutting-edge travel management software (like Amadeus, Sabre) and CRM systems to manage bookings and client information effectively. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to travel regulations, health and safety guidelines, and company policies. Requirements: - Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Business, or a related field is preferred. - Experience: Prior experience as a travel agent or being an avid traveler is a bonus. - Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of travel management software (like Amadeus, Sabre). Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office are required. - Multilingualism: Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Sales Skills: Efficient negotiation and sales skills are required.
