Primary Responsibilities Expand UNTAM3Ds Retail Presence by ensuring product availability in selected retail stores and securing strategic shelf placement for maximum visibility. Drive Product Sell-Through by implementing targeted sales strategies, optimizing inventory movement, and ensuring steady liquidation. Build and Strengthen Doctor Partnerships by collaborating with 10 selected doctors to integrate UNTAM3D products into their practice. Onboard & Educate doctors and retail partners on UNTAM3Ds unique value proposition and product benefits. Monitor & Optimize Sales Performance by tracking product movement in retail stores and doctor clinics to ensure sustainable growth. Leverage Market Intelligence through competitive research, pharmacy visits, and data analysis to refine sales strategies. Ensure Seamless Coordination between doctors, retailers, and in-house teams to support brand visibility and engagement. Conduct Field Audits (RCPA) to analyze prescription trends, assess competitive presence, and identify new sales opportunities. Utilize Digital & Tech Tools to enhance field operations, streamline reporting, and improve efficiency. Generate Impactful Reports using sales data and insights for internal strategy discussions. Execute Growth-Oriented Initiatives by taking on additional responsibilities that contribute to UNTAM3Ds success. Required Skills Retail Sales & Merchandising: Experience in securing and optimizing product placement in retail stores. Doctor & Client Management: Strong relationship-building skills with doctors and retailers. Sales Analytics: Ability to track sales trends, prescription patterns, and market insights effectively. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools. Strong Communication: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Experience: 2-5 years in pharmaceutical, dermatology, skincare, or retail sales with a proven performance track record. Candidates from Pharma, Derma, Chemical, or Retail Beauty industries are encouraged to apply. Industry Connections: Existing relationships with doctors and retail store managers are a plus but not mandatory.
