- Job Title: Telesales IT Services (Job In Mohali) Job Type: work from office (Mohali) Job Timings: 9:00 am 6:30 pm Salary: Rs.14000 Rs.20,000/month + incentives Job Profile: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven female candidate to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate should have a passion for sales and willingness to understand IT and Business Automation Solutions. Candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities through effective phone-based sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identifying potential customers through outbound calls. Understand and Communicate product/service features and benefits effectively. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale. Maintaining the database of the clients/partners on a regular basis and ensure timely follow-ups. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Report on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics to the sales manager. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field. School Education Board should be CBSE/ICSE. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
