Job Description

 

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare accounts (hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, etc.).

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, administrators, and stakeholders.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored healthcare management solutions.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, and sales) to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within existing accounts.

• Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report insights to leadership.

• Handle client escalations and resolve issues efficiently.

• Stay updated with healthcare trends, policies, and competitive landscape.
