Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at MBPS Constructions in Raipur. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of work experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing various construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and budgetary constraints. You will be working on both residential and commercial projects and will play a critical role in turning visionary concepts into reality. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in civil engineering. Proficiency in Structural Engineering (Mandatory skill). Strong Project Management skills (Mandatory skill). Expertise in Construction Management (Mandatory skill). Experience in Geotechnical Engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design. Solid understanding of Civil Engineering Design principles. Ability to conduct thorough Risk Assessments. Experience with Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects. Roles And Responsibilities Oversee and manage various construction projects from planning to completion. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Prepare and review engineering specifications, plans, and designs. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and clients. Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team.,
