Your Roles and Responsibilities 1. Planning Formulate the Annual Operating Plan for trade spends, sales overheads, Outstanding receivables for India business by liaising with sales teams across clusters and alignment with stakeholders 2.MIS preparation & automation Channel P&Ls, VAN and SAMT P&Ls Preparation of forecast spends basis inputs from stakeholders and monitoring the spends for GCPL India business Lead automation projects along with the IT team 3.Commercial & Analytical Business Partnering with OT Chains and providing adequate support with the data FOH Analysis Monitoring the KPIs/SLAs of GEC Team and being the bridge in connecting with Business team and GEC Physical visits and collaboration with the customers in coordination with Shared service team for quick resolution of critical issues (once in a month) MT F&F Clearance, NDC Clearance and Dispute management MT Damage approvals & Creation of vendor codes Resolving Queries of IMT Distributors w.r.t. Credit and claims Tracking booking of expenses in VAN Sales and SAMT sales Provisioning of spends on month end Credit management Position Requirements Qualification Commerce graduate Experience - 4 years Critical Skills - Strong interpersonal and communication and project management skills, to work across cross- functional teams Skilled in Microsoft Excel and power point,
