Job Description
- Cyrix Health Care is looking for Senior HR executive L&D Key Responsibility Area L&D 1. Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training and development needs within the organization. 2. Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and courses to address identified needs. 3. Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring participants acquire the required skills and knowledge. 4. Learning Resources: Curate and develop training materials, e-learning modules, and resources to support ongoing learning and development. 5. Assessment and Evaluation: Implement assessment methods and conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed. 6. Individual Development Plans: Work with employees to create individual development plans, tracking progress and providing guidance on career growth opportunities. 7. Training Records: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications.
