Sales Operations Manager Job in Simplify @ Simplify Healthcare

Job Description

Role: The Sales Operations Manager will work as a Senior Individual Contributor and bring efficiencies in Sales Reporting, Sales pipeline reporting, and financial reporting of the Sales channel to Executive Leadership and internal stakeholders. Work closely with Finance, HR, Client Partner, and Core Sales team to generate data and present data analytics. Responsibilities: Sales ops experience of at least 10+ years. Experience in running Sales operations for mid-size/small IT organizations. Experience in establishing Sales processes, performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting. Have exposure to at least one of the Sales CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, etc. to help streamline the Sales process. Experience in working with the GTM teams in building best practices for Sales. Familiar with the CRM process Pipeline management, Sales forecasting, and Sales budgeting. Good communication skills. Required Skills: Sales ops experience of at least 10+ years. Experience in running Sales operations for mid-size/ small IT organizations. Experience in establishing Sales processes, performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
