Job Description
TPM Head Plant and Corporate
To roll-out of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) transformation across the whole organization.
to train site leadership teams on the effective deployment of key TPM strategies and processes aligned with the organization.
Required Candidates Profile
- Must have experience of minimum 8-12 years in the field of TPM.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is preferred, or must have the aptitude to be trained and become an effective practitioner
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience of Lean training and implementation of a Lean toolkit: value stream mapping, pull systems, problem solving, Kaizen, etc.Able to create KPI review action plan, Abnormality / 3C analysis, 5 Why / Fish bone, Kaizen, SPL (Single Point Lesson) / SOP
- Participates in improvement activities, special projects, Kaizen and problem solving
- Accounts for and records parts and supplies used for repair of equipment and plant utilities
- Follows the gear implementation plan laid out by the corporate and consulting groups and adheres to established dates / timeframes.
- Leads the continued development and implementation of the Johnson Controls Manufacturing System, specifically the CI Culture, Value Stream Flow and Visual Factory Principles (standardized work, information flow, problem solving, strategy deployment and continuous improvement).
- Manage a team of technical writers that will generate the documentation needed for TPM.
- Communicates with colleagues in other Recycling Centers, specifically GRC and shares /requests useful information to aid in / expedite the TPM implementation process.
- Presents status in a weekly / monthly basis to the local and regional leadership teams.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required. Proficiency in the use of computerized preventative maintenance system and data analysis is preferred
- Must be excellent in organizational and strong analytical skills
- Must have a sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Demonstrated excellent teamwork skills in past positions
- Must be a Compliance oriented person
