Customer Success Services provides a customer-centric delivery and support-integrated service, in conjunction with Oracle Developme nt.Job Responsibiliti es:Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or Support exposure with module-leading hands on experience in any of the two HCM modu ts.Should have hands exp. in Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT and Personalizati on.Should have exp. in workflow configuration using B PM.Strong technical knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security setup is desir ed.Should have Experience/Knowledge in Reporting, Data Migration and Interface/Integration development using HDL, PBL, HCM Extract, BIP, Web Service e tc.Should have exp. in client facing role and must have worked on Requirement Gathering, Product Workshop & Demo, CRP, UAT e tc.Should have excellent communication, Project/stakeholder/team management skills and experien ce.Should have excellent documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem solving, solution design skills and experien ce.Exposure to personalizat ionExperience integrating with REST A PIsStrong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skil ls.
