Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Motor Insurance Surveyor to assess vehicle damages, evaluate insurance claims, and ensure fair settlement procedures. The ideal candidate will have expertise in vehicle inspection, insurance assessment, and compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and assess vehicle damages for insurance claims. Evaluate accident reports, repair estimates, and claim documents. Prepare detailed survey reports with assessment findings. Coordinate with policyholders, garages, and insurance companies. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies. Detect potential fraud and mitigate claim-related risks. Recommend fair claim settlement amounts based on inspection and policy terms. Stay updated with industry trends, repair costs, and legal guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred). IRDAI-approved Surveyor License (if applicable). Experience in motor insurance claims, vehicle inspection, or accident assessment. Strong knowledge of automobiles, repair processes, and claim valuation. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and insurance claim management software.
