.Job Title: HR Executive Location: [Jamnagar , Gujarat ] The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing and executing HR policies and procedures at a specific site or location. This role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and other HR-related activities to support the sites operational needs and ensure a productive and positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation. must have knowledge about Biometric punching machine. Maintain in daily basis of staffs workmen punching. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree is preferable with good knowledge in MS office. Experience : 3 to 4 years is preferable in same field as HR excusive. Reporting To : HR manager ( HO).
