Location: Bangalore, KA, IN Chennai, TN, IN Areas of Work: Sales & Marketing Job Id: 12725 External Job Description Job Purpose: Development of SNF & PCE based concrete admixture as per customer requirement within specified cost budget. Cost optimization of existing admixture products & Introduction of alternate RM if required Optimized product development after thorough understanding of concrete design mix. Addressing site complaint related to admixture performance if required need to travel Checking the formulation stability for new formulation. Business Responsibility Areas: Coordinating with CTs for concrete admixture formulation related activities and work in close with Marketing team for the introduction of alternate raw materials and testing Interpretation of Performance data of laboratory trails In-house review and verification of product development & customer end validation process of concrete & development to be followed. To work in conjunction with QC chemist for RM testing at OPC Competition bench marking - quarterly. Site Visit along with onsite trials for critical customers Ensuring Zero deviation in established product vs customer supplies. Training for Sr. CTs at regional level Qualification: Essential B Tech/BE/ Civil or Chemical or B.Sc. Experience: Essential Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction Chemicals company on the supply side,
