Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. As a Staff Nurse - NICU, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in NICU and possess the necessary skills to provide excellent care to newborns. Qualifications And Skills Junior : 1 to 3 years of experience in NICU Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent, or GNM Valid state nursing license Experience in neonatal nursing is preferred Knowledge of neonatal assessment tools and procedures Ability to work well in a fast-paced and challenging environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Certifications in NALS and PALS are a plus Passion for providing high-quality care to newborns Roles And Responsibilities Provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU Assess and document the patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor and maintain the patient's vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels Assist in procedures such as intubation, ventilation, and central line placements Educate and support parents in caring for their newborn, including breastfeeding and baby care techniques Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans for each patient Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on the latest advancements in neonatal care,
