Simply put, The Avatar Hotel enables our patrons to Live the life you love. Role Description We are looking for a Sous Chef at The Avatar Hotel & Convention located in Mangaluru. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, staff training, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations while assisting the Executive chef in all aspects of kitchen management. Qualifications Culinary skills, Menu Planning, and Food Preparation Leadership and Team Management skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines Creativity and Innovation in culinary creations Time Management and Organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role preferred,
