Job Description
We are looking for a well-spoken sales and marketing executive for our products and services - This is a desk job. Job profile include marketing through digital media, contacting potential and existing customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. He or she should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of marketing and sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiating sales with potential and existing customers over phone.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers' questions on the products.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
- Good sales ability.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
