Supervise 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) services, including contract management and insurance. Optimize warehouse space and coordinate for efficient utilization. Lead and manage the logistics and warehouse team effectively. Handle stock management, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Collaborate with delivery agencies to ensure smooth operations.
