- Job Description: AEM Developer (5 to 7 Years Experience) Position Title: AEM Developer/ Sr. AEM Developer Locations: Open Experience: 5 to 8 years Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in AEM development and a strong understanding of the AEM platform, along with a background in developing web applications. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining AEM-based solutions that drive digital experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and implement AEM-based solutions, including building custom components, templates, workflows, and services. Collaborate with designers, content authors, and project managers to implement user-friendly, efficient, and scalable digital experiences. Design and implement AEM components and templates using Sling, JCR, and OSGi. Integrate AEM with third-party systems and services, ensuring seamless data flow and integration. Work on AEM authoring and publishing environments, ensuring effective content management and delivery. Optimize performance and scalability of AEM solutions, ensuring high availability and responsiveness. Implement content migration strategies from legacy systems to AEM. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to AEM, identify root causes, and resolve problems efficiently. Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices for AEM development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Stay up to date with the latest AEM and web development trends and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in AEM development (Adobe Experience Manager, version 6.x and above). Strong knowledge of AEM concepts such as Sling, JCR, CRX, OSGi, and AEM Workflows. Expertise in Java, J2EE, and related web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating AEM with third-party systems and APIs. Experience working with AEM Sightly (HTL) and JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge of AEM Dispatcher, CQ (Content Quality), and AEM Cloud configurations. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven). Experience with AEMs integration with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Target, and other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions. Understanding of front-end technologies, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and user experience. Experience in writing automated tests and debugging AEM applications. Preferred Skills: Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker). Exposure to Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence for project management. Strong knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and deployment. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/deploy tools. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving project requirements. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,
