• Candidate should have enough knowledge on Sealants.

• Responsible for developing formulations of Silicone sealant, MS sealant, Construction sealants, Polysulphide sealant etc.

• Should have also worked on various adhesives like paper, wood, metal etc.

• Cost optimization and raw materials rationalization.

• Capable of resolving market as well as internal customer complaints.

• Extends support to sales and marketing team.

• Implementation of systems like ISO 9001, 1400, 1800 etc.
