Job Description

Study design briefs and BRD to determine/understand requirements.

Preparing detailed project plan from stage 1 onwards and ensure deliveries on time.

Identifying Risk and planning their management/mitigation Work with internal (IPRU Life) and external(Vendor) teams to manage, develop and update BAU implementations.

Work with Information security teams to make sure Website and Mobile App has no vulnerabilities, outdated or discontinued libraries or third-party plugins.

Co-ordination, management & proactive follow-ups with internal stakeholders to track project deliveries.

Be responsible for stable and secure project releases and ensure necessary approvals are in place.

Addressing challenges faced by end customers/Production issue resolution.

Manage/Analyze performance of Application and Mobile App and provide suggestions.

Should have basic knowledge of Project lifecycle, OS (Windows/Linux) and database like SQL/ Oracle Lead technical discussions and integrations with other applications.

Experience working on PeopleSoft, expense management or HR applications is recommended
